The Touche Pass Residence was designed as a retreat for a small family, originally hailing from Minnesota, but drawn to the landscape of California’s Central Coast. Inspired by the classic California ranch houses of the last century, the design of the house is a direct response to the extensive views throughout the site and the family’s desire for a minimalist interior expression coupled with a strong indoor-outdoor connection.
